Last 6 years I have high blood pressure and I m taking olmesar 20 h . Last one week my blood pressure reading is 135/90 to. 145/95 what I do for low my blood pressure.

You have to get your BP checked by your physician or Cardiologist at the clinic or hospital with a Mercury Manometer ( The BP machine which your doctor uses). Let the doctor decide based on your readings to lower or increase the medications. The BP readings that patient uses at home can be 10-15% off from the actually.
