High Blood Pressure
I am taking BP medicine Telma 40 as well Starpress XL 25 from last one year.
My BP is high from last 4 days and it's around 135/95. My heart rate is 70-75 all the times.
Its there any need to worry or to add some medicine.

Please monitor your BP at home 3 times a day for a week and make a chart
BP should be measured after 5 mins of rest
Avoid exercise and coffee atleast half an hour before measuring BP
