High Blood Pressure
Hello, I suffer with hypertension from past 6 months my bp is chronically fluctuating so for that purpose i consult the cardiology surgeon and every report of my blood pressure is normal in limit but it fluctuate like episodes. so far i did not took any bp tablet please suggest me permanent solution.

Well fluctuations as in what I don't understand.. is it out if the normal range or no...I would suggest you to consult a nutritionist for diet changes.. use less salt and other products which are rich in salt...
