High bilirubin and sgpt
Bilirubin total 1.8mg direct 0.4mg and indirect 1.4mg and sgpt 44 units. Im 31yrs old male.. I drink once or twice a week and a light smoker. What may be the cause and is it something to worry about?

Don't worry. There is very mild elevation of bilirubin and SGPT is around normal. If you don't have any symptoms..repeat this test after 1 month. You may also discuss it directly if you have any queries.
