My home town child doctor suggest hiccope for my 3 and half month old child and wife usually give 1.25 ml dosage to my child as per doctor instructions..right now I read lots of comments that maximum 3 or 4 drops is enough for 3-5 month old ...please advice me what to do please is it any side effect to my child..
Please help us i am worried about my baby.

Why are you giving that syrup?For allegry/ cold/cough? Please do not use any medication like that without pediatrician's supervision and dosage directions especially in less than 6 months old infants.Regarding side effects this syrup can have sedation in babies if given in that dose.
