I have Hiatus hernia in Eshophagus. Please let me know the best treatment as I am having huge acidity and gastric problem and shortness of breath.

Hiatus hernia is a broad terminology and you need to know ,in which type you fall into. You will need a basic endoscopy and ultrasound abdomen followed by consultation of gastroenterologist for its proper treatment. Till then continue Ppi ( pan or nexpro) and dietary changes.
