  4. Hiatus hernia. Is unbearable at times.

Hiatus hernia
My 36 year old wife experiencing pain in her thoracic region . When consulted a reputed gastro entrologist , he had done endoscopy and confirmed that it is hiatus hernia and no need to worry as it very common . He suggested to reduce taking diet heavily rather take small qty in short intervals . He had given pantope and a pain killer. Kindly suggest is there a better way to cure the problem as the pain is unbearable at times.
