Dear doctor, I have been diagnosed with hiatus hernia. Symptoms are mild upper abdomen pain sometime it more severe. But it go away with its own after sometime. Is hitus hernia is more serious. Kindly help

If u are having frequent symptoms which persist even after medical treatment the you may need surgery . I.e Laparoscopic fundoplication
