Hi this is debra,
I have a pain at the back shoulder and near the elbow it has got swollen, because of the pain at the back shoulder my chest is also paining and ma left hand too what could be the reason can anyone help me

Hello there...I can understand your concern. Was there any history of trauma? Or any pus filled lesion? We will need to examine you clinically to diagnose what is the problem. We will need a more elaborate history also. So kindly consult a orthopedic for further evaluation and management. For the pain you can take paracetamol for now.
