Hello. Firstly I would like to reassure you that abdominal pain and gas is a very common problem being encountered on a daily basis by many people. So you don't not need to panic. At the same time I would like to bring to your notice that your weight is more than the desired as compared to your height. Please do work in a direction to reduce it as increase weight hampers abdominal muscle movement.  Also please try and reduce fat and spice in your food. Also try and avoid maida in diet. Have more of alkaline stuff like milk . Try and increase physical activity as it helps in bowel movement.
Next Steps
please try and get yourself some antacids to start and get your thyroid and ultrasound done .
Health Tips
an upset abdomen leads to host of nutrition deficiency problems in the long run
