Hi sir I am suffering from chest musele pain x-ray and ECG good but paining wt am I do?

There can be various reasons for it.. As you said x-ray and ecg is normal, you also need yo rule out other parameters like your blood reports, cholesterol levels etc. Sometimes it might happen due to acidity also..
