Hi I am 6 weeks pregnant.
My gynec prescribed me two medicine 1. Folite 5 mg 2. Glycomet 500 sr i am having a doubt for 2nd one as on goigoe it says it is been prescribed to one who has type 2 diabetes . but i do not have diabetes but yes as per my early pregnancy scan i have pcod. and my gynec mentioned she is prescribing glycomet bcause of pcod only . so pls suggest if its fine to continue the medicine ? if yes till when i should continue? also , why this medicine was prescribed ro me ?
