Hi how much milk should 2 years 10 Moth
How much milk should 2 years 10 months old should drink...my kid drinks 800 ml of milk per day...she hardly eat anything...like she eats only 1 or 2 idle in entire day... Nothing else...should I cut down her milk...so that she eats solids.. .. How much milk is enjoying  for her...her birth weight is 2.3...now she is 11...pls suggest me... She is not gaining weight... Ad she don't eat Anything

800ml of milk for 2year old not eating other foods is quite large amount, reduce it to half, Add CEREGROW powder as a supplement to milk which take care of her micronutrients requirement, no wafers/chocolate before food tht reduces the appetite and keeps the stomach full for large time,include other milk products like cheese and paneer in the diet and lots of fluid

Only 300 to 400ml is enough she will eat when you will cut down the milk
