Herpes To Fiance. We not have kids?

Dear Doctor, I contracted Herpes from a one night stand a few months ago. Now I'm truly in love & wish to marry a wonderful woman. We are to be married in a few months & she knows about my condition & has been very understanding. Unfortunately we had sex a day ago & I'm very nervous if I've passed on to her. What do I do? I feel like an idiot to put her in this position. Which doctor do I take her to & is there a chance I've given her herpes too? Are both of our lives over & would we not have kids? Am very very upset but am unsure why I did this I feel very guilty as for once I found a woman I wanted to spend a lifetime with as I did not have a reasonable past. We reside in Chennai. Kindly suggest how I can help her out & ensure she is safe.
