Hernia And need help

Hey im emily dowdy im 34 im overweight and surgeons here want do surgery on my hernia and plus i dont have insurance. But i have lost 40 pound . Anyway im have alot pain and burn in my lower back, pelvis, and both legs. And why i work it goes numb and hurts like hell excuse my french
