Hepatitis b.
I have been recently diagnosed with hepatitis b when was stated medically unfit in a medical for selection in navy. Then I got my hvbdna done and the count was around 4000. My anti hbeag is also positive which is certainly good. I just want it negative in any way.

you would nedd some more investigations - LFT, usg abdomen. If normal, you would not need any treatment right away, but regular follow up. family member screening is impt. once positove, hbsag is unlikely to become negative, but usually doesnt cause much problems either if regular follow up is done.
