I am 27 year old female i have 1/2 inch fleshy skin hanging near my anus opening ,it doesn't bleed or pain. is it piles? what should i do?

Hello, It seems external piles. Take care about diet, not to constipate, plenty of liquids like nimupani coconut water mosambi juice butter milk fresh curd are very beneficial. Avoid spicy fried GRESY junk food or food from outside.preferably light semiliquid porridge khichari fresh made or messed chapati with curd,moongdal without TADKA overcooked rice,green veggies etc.salad before meals two times.
