Asked for Male, 33 Years

Had hemorrhoidectomy 18 days ago for thrombosed hemorrhoids. Now taking antibiotics “Novidat” (Ciprofloxecen) since last 5 days. Everything is going back to normal but lost approx. 3-4kg in last 15 days. Couldn’t eat much in last 15 days due to surgery pain. Weight loss is that normal?
