Hemorrhoid - Painful

Asked for Male, 24 Years

Hie, I am from Tinsukia, Assam. I am suffering from hemorrhoids from around 6 months. It doesn't bleed. But it's continuously painful. I got it checked by a local doctor. He says that I have got both fissures and internal piles. I can feel a tissue outside my anus. What should i do? Should I go for surgery?
