Hemorrhaghic cyst
Hi doctor, I got a US done as it was paining on my left side.Turns out it is 3 cm haemorrhagic cyst with multiple septations in left ovary. Lab consultant advised me to wait for two cycles as it usually dissolves on its own. I am really worried, should I go for some other tests or should I wait?

You can wait for it to resolve as it is very small. You can take pain killer for 2-3 days.
Next Steps
if pain persists and severe....do a doppler ultrasound to see for rotation. in case of that you cannot wait
