Hemoglobin drop
The 65 yr old patient is suffering with B2 thymoma since 2015 January .
His hb drops often since then he used to go for blood transfusion almost every month
He takes tablet for his hb increase .last time he went for blood transfusion in December 2016 since then past 9months he didn't go for any transfusion.but again the hb dropped last week
