Hemicolectomy recovery painful. Advise.

My wife undergone hemicolectomy from Army Hospi tal on 21.7.18 for polyp. Discharged on 27.7.18. But again admitted on 1.8.18 as she had no motion since 25.7.18& no urine on 1.8.18. She had constipation & given enima on 4.8.18 and discharged on 7.8.18 with urimax for urine infection. Since then she is unable to sleep from either left or right side& has to sleep straight which is not possible for whole night. Now on 25.8.18 while eating or drinking she had pain in left lower abdomen where catheter was inserted for waste to come out after operation.She has fever of 99-100 which goes and comes.She feel cold too as fan speed is at 2. From 25.8.18 she gets up or lay down on bed with difficulty. Her diet-bread milk vermicelli upma 2boiled egg,rice roti dal vegetables coconu water juice of 2 pomengranate. Doctors say evrything ok in report of cbc, lft&kft,xray abdomen erect&spine.Pain n fever are due to recovery and allergy to any food but she hasn't changed her food recently.Kindly advise.
