For about a week and a half since 6/29 there has been blood in my semen. No pain when I cum or pee, no blood in pee, no other symptoms. Just blood when I cum for almost two weeks. I read that this issue especially in men my age will most likely resolve on its own, but it has been almost 2 weeks and it’s still happening. Is this a normal amount of time? Should I take antibiotics like cephalexin?
