Hematologist consultation required.

Anaemia diagnosed with hb - 9.1 and iron - 20 ( dec 1). Took iron meds for a month but despite that hb level dipped to 8.9. Consulted a gynacologist towards jan end, got ultrasound done (nothing came out) and changed the medicine of iron but medicine didnt suit. In march, also got colonoscopy and endoscopy done, it came clean. By march hb had further dipped to 8.1. was given iron through IV (inj ferinject) 1500 mg in 2 rounds in mar and apr. post which hb increased to 11.3 and 68. From April bleeding increased considerably to 4 times the normal (use of 40 pads accross 6-7 days as against 10 pads over 5 days before).  To arrest that over the last 3 month) was given regestrone (as bleeding could hv been due to hormonal imbalance). Bleeding reduced but still was very high (usage of 20-25 pads). But took iron 1000 mg through iv again as iron had dropped to 15 and hb 10.5. Bleeding again has increased (oct -30 pads over 7 days very high flow-big clots). Need advice.
