  4. Help us please. Just a normal periods?

My wife had a doubt if it was pregnancy or not so to get her periods she drank one glass of turmeric water. The next day she started bleeding heavily with strong cramps pain. Is it a miscarriage? Or just a normal periods? We are in confusion , Please help us out.
