  4. Help me please. Ipill could be periods?

Idk wt is happening, I'm feeling discomfort from 2 weeks now, I'm frequently urinating, back pain, pebble stool, frequent headache and bloated too...also light pain in lower abdomen after peeing!!! I had unprotected sex on 27 Feb took I pill ..bleeding from 28 Feb till 5 days!! And now these symptoms?? Had last period on 14 Feb.. Nd now delayed!! Is that bleeding after ipill could be periods? Taking pregnancy test on 28, but please help me for!!! now
