Asked for Female, 17 Years

I was told I was due on December 31st but my recent ultrasound the said told me December 7th as it has padt the 7th I am worried my belly is really big amd i have been it pain but it goes away. I am very confused this is my second child. I asked a nurse and she was no help she told me she didn't know. Please someone help me. I don't wanna go into distress. Do i do natural ways?
