Hi doc my husband did semen test sperm count 70million  nd active motility 30% and non active is 60% is this count and motility is enough me to become pregnant... or is there any need to use tabs to increase motility .. or this is ok nd should we be in sex this month too ? Today is my 6th days Or any food to increase motility??
