HELP IS THIS A MISCARRIAGE?!

Asked for Female, 19 Years

A lot of pink skin tissue like clots fell out of me while I was in the shower followed by bright red/pink blood. Only lasted about 10 minutes and had no cramps or physical pain prior to the bleeding. It has been a few hours since and I haven't seen any more blood and still no pain
