Menarche is the age at which a girl first gets periods, Menstruation is the regular monthly periods.
As per attainment of height , it occurs at different ages depending on heredity, availability of nutricius food,etc.
To attain better height take well balanced diet , fresh fruits daily along with plenty of water. Do regular physical exercises.

Menarche is the age when u get your first menses . Menstrual cycle is the normal phenomenon . Growth spurt generally happens 1-2 years after menarche .
