Hello,
Is here any DGCA approved doctors that can help me out with this question of mine.
I want to join aviation field as being a pilot by doing CPL but am very much worried about my height as i'm just 5' foot approx 152 cm tall from ground (without wearing any shoes)
Can anyone please confirm is height an important factor to consider before entering into aviation. As i have heard that airlines intake a certain heigted pilots for jobs. Is it true? Clearify...
And please highlight all other information necesaary to know.
Thanks!

HELLO,
I M NOT A DGCA APPROVED DOCTOR.
BUT IT IS KNOWN THAT A HEIGHT ABOUTOR MORE THAN 5.5" IS NEEDED.
ARCH OF FOOT IS NECESSARY IN ANY FACILITIES OF ARMY, BSF, PILOT ETC ETC.
YOU CAN CONSULT AN ENDOCRINOLOGIST ABOUT YOUR HEIGHT.
