Sir please help me,
I am 14 years old and i only have the height of 12 years or below..Sir please what can i do sir, my friend's height is more than me. and i have shame to face them. sir please help me

Do not worry, for a male, height increases till the age of 16. I do not know what your height is currently, but your height depends on your genetics as well and definitely not on your friends height. It is definitely not a matter of shame. Even the god of Cricket Sachin Tendulkar has height of 5ft 5inch. But nonetheless you can increase your height to certain extent beyond with the help of exercises till the age of 16-17.
