Height Growth
My wife's height is 4 feet 11 inches. I want her to become atleast 5 feet 3 inches as my height is 5 feet 7 inches. She is just 22 years old. Kindly recommend any medicine, diet and exercise for height growth.

There are no medicines to increase height of the person.  If you do Google search you will come across some  high sounding products which I have never used.  If you believe in doing research  you may try some of those products.

Nothing can be done at this moment. Though height can be slightly increased by 25 years (almost 1 inch). She can go to gym and take selective exercise.
