Heel pain after a average walk
Since i was a child most of the time my lower part of midfoot(the part which face the ground) is strained along with severe pain while wearing full trousers and after +2 or during mu graduation time suddenly i started to feel heel pain after running or after some sports activity and and masters it became worse as while going by bus(standing in rush) sometimes my midfoot lower part is strained along with severe pain and i have to sit on the bus floor to put some pressure on my lower part of midfoot so that i could make my foot cime backto normal and it continued until i gave up walking and running ( i also must mention that i was enrolled in martial art for an year during graduation and i had to stand around 2hrs each day there at martial art class )!! Heel pain followed after midfoot pain i guess . i went to doctor for check up and the doctor prescribed me pain killers i guess because at that time my foot was in pain when i woke up ib the morning but now i dont have morning pain !!

Firstly u should go for a thorough physical assessment by an expert Physical Therapist or an orthopedic doctor. It's a chronic problem so multiple muscles and joints must have affected. Also check for ur footwear. Go for stretchings of calf, hamstring, TA, piriformis and plantar fascia under the guidance of an expert therapist.
