Hello doctor, I gave birth to my twin babies on last year Nov 2021 after that i was bleeding around 45days after 8 months now only iam getting my periods.Actually iam having irregular periods this are my IVF babies only.Now Iam feeling heavy periods from yesterday,1hour once iam changing my napkins.pls suggest any medicine to reduce the flow
