Heavy period
Hi. Im 42 and have suffered with pcos since early teens. My periods have been irregular over the years, sometimes fine for year or 2 then irregular for few months. The last couple of years they have been erratic. 3 months fine then maybe 2-3months without one. This period now is very different. It is very heavy like a tap of red wine and I'm using a tampon and a pad and changing every hour or two. Im still leaking in between though. The pain is excruciating too. No its not normal. If u r bleeding so much rush to a nearby hospital amd get urself examined. U ll loose blood and become anemic.. U hv to be on injectables to stop bleeding.. Blood tests and ultrasound need to be done as well.
