Heavy pain in both the breast. Pain?

Hi, i was diagnosed with pcos/pcod(insulin resistance) in nov, i have taken normoz ds for three months and it was clear, But now i am trying for second pregnancy, so doctors has prescribed me myofol-inositol tablets, I hardly took 4 tablet and felt severe pain in my both the breast, so I discontinued with the tablet and started taking normoz ds tablet As far as breast pain concerned I usually get before 10 days of my periods and get normal after my periods, but this time it has not subsided even after my periods but has increased after taking myofol tablet and its all over my breast, cant even touch, and felling so many lumps.. Please advise is it due to tablet or there could be any other reason??? Or shall i be more worried about this breast pain??? Due to pandemic situation i cant go for physical check up, please advise asap
