Heavy hip pain
Hi doctors, My mother age is 45 around . She have hip pain past 2 weeks. When I went Ortho doctor last week he suggested to take X ray..! After seeing the x ray he found nothing in that as what he expected.! Then he wrote medicine alone..! We bought medicine and She had but pain not reduced. Please help to overcome.

Considering the age osteoporosis need to be ruled out by doing DEXA bone scan and MRI both hip joints to rule out AVN
