Heavy heart
I am male 33 noticed High bp in recent months, the recent one was 94/140. Feeling a little discomfort in heart like burdened and heavy since 2 weeks now. I work in an MNC I don't have any unusual work load or routine nor mind sick about anything much. Pls help saying what's is wrong with my health.

Usually high bp diagnose when it above 140/90 tht too persistent..frst thing u need to control bp by salt restriction, aerobic exercise, and iff still not controll den by medication. And stip smiking iff any. Fir heavyness in heart do am ecg to rule out cardiac causes.
