Hi Doctor Please suggest my Baby (1 year old)is having cough , And watery nose and fever. Hi makes noise while breathing. I have a nebulizer at home but not yet used. Please suggest the solution, nebulizer medicine. / Solution

All these complaints are suggestive of respiratory tract infection. Noisy breathing is seen in nasal block, pulling of secretions in the throat or some airway problem. These to conditions are different and management for all these conditions differs. Direct examination is required to decide about nebulization. Nebulization will not help in all conditions.
