Care AI Shimmer
Please send pft report, is there any history of asthma in you or family or any dust/cold/smoke allergy, did you ever have chest tightness, wheezing, nocturnal cough.. propranolol cause bronchoconstriction in few people so kindly check that with the doctor who prescribed that. Plus I would like to know your daily activity status as sedentary lifestyle cause deconditioning of the muscle leading to breathlessness and weakness. Also get checked for postural htn.
Next Steps
plus I would suggest mild exercise with chest physiotherapy and breathing exercises
