Heavy breathing after using acitrom

Asked for Male, 76 Years

My father was diagnosed with DVT 10 days ago and was advised to take 1mg/2mg acitrom alternate days plus ecospirin 10 mg at night everyday Post this he is experiencing shortness of breath even when he walks in home This was not the case before 10 days Need advise please Thank you
