Heavy breath with weakness
Hi, I am feeling energy less with heavy breathing since one week. I am diabetic person and my cholesterol is also high. Recently I went through ECG but it came out as normal. The doctor is saying it may be related to stress because ECG is normal but I have a feeling it is something else it's not stress. It is related to the heart. Can you please confirm. I am attaching an ECG report here.
Note:- HBA1C is 7

Need to see full ecg strip. If you have a doubt please get an echo, chest x ray and treadmill test done for further assessment.
