Demand fed babies feed much better than force fed babies. Let him pace himself. If you have engorged breast, please express some milk. That will help him latch on easier. Rubbing nose might be some allergy. If you think he has nasal block, you could apply Saline Nasal Drops.

Dont force feed the baby.it is to be demand feed.generally baby has to demand by 2-3 hours. Also if your breast is engorged before feeding, try expressing a little milk and the latch the baby to breast after that.
Next Steps
frequent rubbing of nose may be irritation...avoid baby powders ,fumes ...also if necessary use saline nasal drops one drop to each nostril

Hi. Feed the baby only on demand and burp after every feed. Keep the baby head end up while feeding to prevent choking. Rubbing nose or eyes or ears are normal at this age.
