Heavy Bleeding - I Have Taken I-Pill After 4 Days Of Unprotected

I have taken i-pill after 4 days of unprotected sex but i find out brownish spotting on my next period then it continues and now i am bleeding heavily..i did a pregnancy test also and it was positive. What should i do now ?
