Heavy bleeding

Asked for Female, 24 Years

I did my dandc on Dec 20 2017 and yesterday I got periods Ian leaking heavily and also there more pain in my low stomach is this normal..it is my 4th day.. And still iam bleeding.. And iam changing 3pads per day... Blood is dark red... ND the blood is too soft.. So is this normal or I have to wait and watch..
