  4. Heavy bleeding. Please do let me know.

Heavy bleeding
Dear Doctor, I am 49 yrs old house wife and recently I have been experiencing heavy bleeding hence I consulted a near by gyno and got the uterus scanned (attached the report). I feel weak during my period due to excessive bleeding since I am approaching menopause do I need to remove the uterus now or take medication for the same. Please do let me know. Thanks in advance.

get treatment for heavy bleeding...only if your symptoms are not getting with medical treatment then you can opt for surgery
