Heavy bleading

Asked for Female, 42 Years

My mom age 42 is on medication Thyrox 75... She didn't had her periods since past two months... 16 july she had her periods which is still going on with heavy bleading and large clots which is making her very weak... Plz suggest what should be done now...

Get thyroid test done every 6 weeks Get ultrasound pelvis done for uterus tubes and ovaries and endometrial thickness

Take a boiled egg daily Syrup Dexorange two spoons three times a day for a month If endometrial thickness is more she may need a biopsy and Regestrone for 21 days

You should keep checking thyroid profile every 3mnths and adjust the dose accordingly...any abnormality in thyroid also causes irregular menses...once get a scan done to rule out any abnormality and check for endometrial thickness...
