Heavy and unstoppable menses. Kind help.

I have menses problem since last 10 years once it start it doesn't stop till i take any allopathic medicine and i have consumed a lot of ocp everytime Dr ask me to take ocp because of this i became aneamic and digestive system became very poor hardly could eat anything I have consulted many doctors tried homeopathic ayurveda but at last I have to end up by taking ocps only.. Menses doesn't start normally some unusual discharge red black brown along with white occurs for few days then it gradually increases and get converted to big clots then i have to take some medicine to stop it.. Now i am having fever 98.9- 100.4 F and sometimes severe headache.. Is there any treatment that i can follow I am fed up with these ocps It doesn't suits me everytime I have to face vomiting problem. Please do a kind help..
