Heavy and Irregular Periods

Asked for Female, 27 Years

I have very irregular periods before 2 month my period date was 23 June 2018 at that time I have spotting till 3-4 days then after previous month I had period on 24 July 2018 also at that time there is spotting only and this month my date is 18 August 2018 my problem is that I have extreme bleeding like every hour I have change pad and pad is long enough I just exhausted in single day. So I want to get permanent solution and I really believe in Ayurveda so please help me.

I don't have any idea of ayurvedic medicine.Get done ultrasonography to know the exact pathology of uterus and ovaries.Also get done TSH level and serum prolactin level.With all reports meet to gynaecologist and discuss with her.
